Buffr Host brings property management, restaurant operations and guest records into one system for independent hotels, guesthouses and restaurants in Namibia and Southern Africa.

Every charge, from rooms, food and drink or services, posts to the guest’s folio with full double-entry accounting and an audit trail. A guest assistant answers routine questions by chat and email and hands over to staff when a person is needed.

Status: live for operators. Channel-manager connections are in development.
